SJP LGA Niners Sign Up to Play
Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. on the Thursday before. To sign up -
1. Sign in to: https://www.theclubsatstjames.com/members-golf/golf-tournaments/tournament-sign-ups
2. Click “Golf” tab on the top of the page
3. Click “Tournaments” on the left side
4. Click “Tournament Sign Ups” on the right side
5. Click “LGA 9ers” link in the middle - This is the Niners Portal. You will see the next available Niners ’ play date 6. Follow the option to “sign up” for the next round. The page will then indicate that you have successfully signed up.

5. Click “LGA 9ers” link in the middle - This is the Niners Portal. You will see the next available Niners ’ play date 6. Follow the option to “sign up” for the next round. The page will then indicate that you have successfully signed up.
Cancellation Policy
- Go to the Niners portal and delete yourself before Wednesday at 10AM.
- Cancellation after 10AM on Wednesday should be done by emailing our pro, Laurie Adams, at [email protected]
- You will be charged $3 Fee. It is understood that there will be unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Unanticipated illness or injury) that might necessitate a last-minute cancellation. If you need to cancel due to injury or illness the morning of play, then you should again email the Niners Pro, Laurie Adams, as soon as possible.
- Keep in mind, if a person does not show up for play on Thursday she has signed up for, their assigned team is at a disadvantage AND it is too late to notify a Niners member on our wait list. If a golfer does not cancel per the above policy and is a "NO SHOW" for SJP LGA Niners golf, the golfer will be charged $3 AND will not be allowed to sign up for the next two (2) weeks of play.
- The weather is not considered an unforeseen circumstance, so a golfer should make their decision about play PRIOR to the signup deadline. If there is a weather cancellation, SJP LGA Niners will send out an email to all members at least 2 hours before play begins.
- 4 Things to know: 1. If you click on the “pairings” tab on the Niners portal, you can click on “Tee sheet” and see the other players signed up for that event. 2. On Wednesday afternoon, after Laurie has done the pairings, this “Tee sheet” will show the teams/foursomes for the following day ’s play. 3. Handicaps for all LGA Niner rounds will freeze the day prior at the deadline for sign up – Wednesday at noon. 4. All eligible LGA Niners’ scores will be posted by our Pro.
Scorecards
- Pro Shop prepared Scorecards should be exchanged in your playing group before play begins, when appropriate.
- Each player is responsible for her own hole-by-hole scores recorded on the official Scorecards. Check carefully for accuracy before attesting and returning Scorecards to the Pro Shop. If there is a question about a score, get a decision from the Pro Shop before signing the Scorecard.
- SJP LGA Niner scores for Thursday play will be posted by the Club Pro during the official season only/or unless otherwise announced. Outside the official season (December to February) each person should post their own scores.
- Check your own scoring record within a few days after play to be sure posting has been entered and is correct. If you find an omission or error, contact the SJP LGA Niner Handicap and Scoring Chair to have it corrected.
